Rhonda Rogers
National First Vice President

Rhonda Mack Rogers is the National First Vice President. She is a strong advocate for high quality educational services for vulnerable populations. She is a successful nonprofit leader and has mentored several other women in their business and personal lives. Ms. Rogers specializes in developing and overseeing new and innovative programs, which provide a wide variety of academic and social skills for adults and children. Ms. Rogers’ commitment to families, children, and youth, and to high quality programs spans a timeframe of 28 years.

As the Executive Director for the West Palm Beach Center for Arts and Technology, Ms. Rogers oversees the daily operations, develop sustainable programs and community partnerships.

She is also the Founder & President of Rhonda’s Promise, Inc. Rhonda’s Promise, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to the success of women and girls located in South Palm Beach County, Florida. Their mission is to help connect women and girls of all stages in life with resources and skills to enhance their lives through education and life skills development.

Ms. Rogers is a member (and the Immediate Past Chapter President) of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, West Palm Beach Chapter, the National First Vice President of Programs, the Chapter President of the South Palm Beach County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Ms. Rogers has a strong commitment to numerous community service and outreach efforts. Under Rhonda’s leadership, the chapters have grown its membership and increased its finances, which allows for more free community programs and scholarships for needy high school seniors.

Ms. Rogers is from Delray Beach, Florida and is the proud mother of two adult sons, Trenton, and Trevor Rogers. Her mission in life is to give back and lead a life of service. Ms. Rogers wants to leave a legacy and blueprint for other women to follow.

Ms. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management (Cum Laude) from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Ms. Rogers earned her Certified Program Planner (CPP) certification from the LERN Institute.

Ms. Rogers has received numerous awards and honors. She received the national Jefferson award, Women’s Chamber of Commerce Giraffe award, Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Service award and South Florida’s Most Influential and Powerful Black Professionals honor for her community service and leadership.
