National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.® Board of Directors
Votes to Fill Key National Leadership Positions

Atlanta, GA – December 19, 2025 – The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.® (NCBW) is pleased to
announce that its Board of Directors has officially voted to fill two critical national leadership positions,
strengthening the organization’s executive leadership team, and advancing its mission of advocacy, leadership
development, and empowerment of Black women and girls.

Following a duly called meeting and in accordance with the organization’s governing documents, the Board
voted to appoint Michele McNeill-Emery as First Vice President and Dana Y. Moore as Financial Secretary.

Appointment of First Vice President: Michele McNeill-Emery

Michele McNeill-Emery brings more than four decades of distinguished leadership, governance, and service to
her role as First Vice President. A seasoned healthcare administrator with over 45 years of progressive
management experience, Ms. McNeill-Emery retired in June 2023 after a remarkable career and now embraces
retirement while continuing her lifelong commitment to service and leadership.

A member of NCBW for 31 years, Ms. McNeill-Emery has served the organization at the highest levels,
including as National First Vice President, National Second Vice President, and as the Eighth National President,
elected in October 2013, serving a four-year term. She has been a member of the National Board of Directors
since 2007 and is widely respected for her institutional knowledge, strategic insight, and steadfast dedication to
the Coalition’s mission.

In addition to her service with NCBW, Ms. McNeill-Emery is a proud 51-year member of Delta Sigma Theta
Sorority, Inc., where she has served as National Second Vice President and as Past President of both the Baltimore
Alumnae Chapter and the Baltimore Delta Foundation.

Appointment of Financial Secretary: Dana Y. Moore

The Board also voted to appoint Dana Y. Moore as Financial Secretary, bringing judicial excellence, fiscal
responsibility, and unwavering integrity to this vital role.

Judge Moore has served as a Circuit Court Judge for Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit serving Polk, Highlands,
and Hardee counties, since August 2018. Her tenure on the bench reflects a deep commitment to professionalism,
fairness, and justice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Columbus State University and her Juris
Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Prior to her judicial appointment, Judge Moore practiced law within the Tenth Judicial Circuit, focusing on
advocacy for children and families in the dependency system, court-ordered assessments and treatment planning,
and estate planning and probate administration.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Judge Moore is deeply engaged in community service and leadership.
She has served on numerous boards and is actively involved with organizations including Winter Haven Girls
Inc., New Beginnings Charter School, Chain of Lakes Achievers, Inc., the NCBW Polk County Chapter, and the
Virgil Hawkins Bar Association, among others.

Judge Moore has shared a loving partnership with her husband, Terrence C. Moore, for more than 34 years.
Together, they raised three sons and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren.

“These appointments reflect the Board’s confidence in the experience, integrity, and leadership capacity of two
exceptional women,” said Virginia W. Harris, National President of the National Coalition of 100 Black
Women, Inc. “Both Michele McNeill-Emery and Dana Y. Moore bring proven leadership, deep commitment to
service, and an unwavering dedication to our mission at a critical time for our organization.”

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.® remains steadfast in its mission to advocate on behalf of
